I'm a tenant, My AC unit went out ,less than 24 hours they came out and I was cool again Thanks 10 stars llc.

Management has been good about getting maintenance scheduled quickly. They keep you informed by text, which I really like, about the when repairs will be made and who the maintenance guy will be. Another thing I like, especially since I live alone. There has been great improvement in their service & communication since they first took over managing these apartments.

I appreciate 10 Stars arranging the repair of the bathroom quickly, couterously and efficiently.

Amazing rates, the people are nice and best of if the house isn’t rented longer then a month THEY PAY you. I couldn’t believe it. Ten stars

They’ve been great to rent from. Always answer as soon as an issue comes up and are fast to get it resolved. Had a roof leak and got it fixed within a couple days. Everyone is very nice and their rental has been clean and well taken care of.

Amazing experience with 10 Stars Property! They helped me rent a house, and the entire process was super smooth, clear, and stress-free from beginning to end. After moving in, I realized I had some plumbing issues in the kitchen, after I reported it, Jennifer, with the maintenance team reached out to me on the next business day, she explained the process and what I needed to do, after a short conversation and clarification via portal text, she was able to schedule a plumber to come out the next day to get it fixed, which they immediately did and did an outstanding job !!! This company is very family-oriented. When applying for a rental I had to go through a background and credit check. I didn't think there would be any problems. But I jokingly asked the lady to cross her fingers for me, and she came back with the fingers-crossed emoji. When I realized my family and I were able to rent the property, I started to cry because the place that we're in now is deplorable. When they told me that my family and I had gotten the property, I started to cry, the wonderful lady said, Please don't cry because it'll make all of us cry. Besides the fact that they care about their renters, the properties we have seen have been beautiful and well-maintained. This company gives me hope that not every single leasing company in Florida is like where I came from in Baltimore where there's nothing but slum lords. I thank them all for everything they did to get us into the property. If you are looking. For respect leasing agents, give them a shot

This is my first time living on my own. So I was very Unaware about the whole process. But everyone made it so easy for me. Me and my daughter are very happy about our new place. The area is very nice and quit! The neighbors are sweet as well!
