Lodging taxes

Rest easy—we handle every detail about lodging taxes on your behalf.

Our dedicated compliance team ensures your home is set up to collect any required sales or lodging tax from guests, and we pay those taxes directly to the relevant government entity.

You won’t see any itemized details in your online account, since we pay each local government a lump sum of taxes collected from all 10 Stars in the city/county.

Your monthly statement and pay out dates

Your pay outs will be available by the 10th of the each month, and you’ll be paid for each reservation based on the date the guest checks out. Your statements are always available online at any moment. 

Your statement will always include:

• Beginning balance
• Payments
• Rental proceeds per reservation (including gross, net, and our management commission)
• Ending balance
