After moving in, I realized I had some plumbing issues in the kitchen, after I reported it, Jennifer, with the maintenance team reached out to me on the next business day, she explained the process and what I needed to do, after a short conversation and clarification via portal text, she was able to schedule a plumber to come out the next day to get it fixed, which they immediately did and did an outstanding job !!!

This company is very family-oriented. When applying for a rental I had to go through a background and credit check. I didn't think there would be any problems. But I jokingly asked the lady to cross her fingers for me, and she came back with the fingers-crossed emoji. When I realized my family and I were able to rent the property, I started to cry because the place that we're in now is deplorable. When they told me that my family and I had gotten the property, I started to cry, the wonderful lady said, Please don't cry because it'll make all of us cry. Besides the fact that they care about their renters, the properties we have seen have been beautiful and well-maintained. This company gives me hope that not every single leasing company in Florida is like where I came from in Baltimore where there's nothing but slum lords.
