This package gives you access to design expertise without the lead time of a more traditional, curated design process. We’ll share ideas and collaborate with you, whether you’re just getting started or seeking an expert opinion on final decisions before completing home upgrades on your own.

What’s included

One-on-one 60-minute virtual design consultation. Conversation topics can include:

Home-specific questions, including guidance on fixed finishes, paint colors, or how to conceal tricky architectural elements

General layout advice

Design direction and recommendations

Tips and tricks for short-term rental functionality

Staging advice (especially helpful for photos)

The homeowner executes design changes independently

Design deliverable: Follow-up summary with our recommendations and any specific instructions

Our trusted furnishing partners then take the relay and will work with under our supervision to bring your design to life

1-3 Days

Schedule an intor call with our designers
 
We learn about needs, wants, your space, and budget
 
We’ll explain exactly how digital design works and recommend which package is right for you

Design

1-2 Weeks

We’re scheming away to bring your design dreams to life, with all of the vacation rental do’s ad don’ts om ,omd (think: durability)
 
You will receive a detailed design tailored to your style and budget including: a mood board, floorplan, and furniture proposal
 
Once you review your design proposal, you’re able to give us feedback, and the collaboration begins

Reserve

3-6 Weeks

Sign our contract and secure your project timeline with our next available designer
 
We’ll collect all the information needed to start the design process (things like the virtual tour and a floorplan of your space)
 
Your spot in our queue is reserved

Collaborate

2 Weeks

You have approval over each individual item in a digital project portal
 
Tell us exactly what you love and don’t – we’ll keep working to get it right
 
We’ll send alternates and additional suggestions until the design is complete

Coordinate

6-8 Weeks*

We’ll handle all ordering, tracking, and consolidation
 
We mitigate any unforeseen issues (damages or delays) and propose replacement prior to install
 
You’ll receive status updates along the way
 
*We’ll always do our best to install as quickly as possible, however our timelines are set by industry standard manufacturer and freight leadtimes

Installation

Everything is assembled, installed and styled (just like on TV)
 
We’ll send photographs to celebrate the big reveal
