These noise monitors are wall-mounted, placed discreetly over an electrical outlet or on the ceiling. It monitors sound levels 24/7, checking for volume that exceeds a set decibel threshold. If the device is triggered by loud noise, your local team will be alerted so they can address the issue promptly. This is a very inexpensive addition that is worth every penny!

Because each code is unique and only works for a set period of time, smart locks can help protect your home in ways traditional locks and keys never could.
The 10 Stars smart home package uses a specific smart lock model, but comes in multi color options.
Your local team will do the legwork, including choosing the right lock for your home. Based on your door’s appearance and existing hardware, we’ll pick out the lock model and color to install.
Yes. Once your smart lock is installed, you’ll receive a dedicated “owner code” to use anytime you stay at your home.
Not at all—installation is straightforward and non-invasive. Our smart lock system simply replaces your door’s current hardware, using holes that have already been drilled.
Don’t worry about setting it up properly: our expert teams will handle installing and maintaining your smart lock system for you.
We’ll also place your previous lock and door hardware in a box and store it in a locked area of your home for safekeeping.
We’ll do our best to find an alternative. This includes situations like:
- Your HOA requires their own, different type of lock
- Your home doesn’t have a place for a smart lock at the main entrance (for example, if you only have a hurricane door)
Our team will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of making sure every home has a secure point of entry. In some cases, it may be possible for us to put the lock on a side door or garage access door.

If you have another type of smart lock, we’ll take a look to see if it’s compatible with the new system, then either reprogram the lock or replace it with a new one.
No, the device you’ll receive doesn’t record any sound. It only measures the volume. The noise monitor is triggered by sustained high-decibel noise (like a party)—alerting your local manager when a situation needs their attention, while maintaining the privacy of you and your guests.
